This post has been in my drafts since May 2012. WOW! I never did get around to posting it as I see this more a fashion blog and enjoy clothes posts more than beauty. Anyway, I thought I might as well post this review anyway even if it is a bit short and boring… The Mudd peel-off mask is a gentle cleansing face mask which comes in a resealable pack. It has enough in there for around five applications (although I managed to get around seven !) I got this in a goody bag quite a
It’s my mum who bought the foundation, ages ago actually, when it first launched. It’s taken me a while to write a review as I’ve been focusing on fashion on here but this has been hanging around in my drafts for months!
As I also use ivory foundations I thought I would give it a try a few times to write this review. The foundation is very watery, it seems to drip everywhere when I put it on my hand! I was told you can create a full coverage with this foundation but it’s ver
I got this natural body wash in my April Glossybox. Retailing at £4.95, I’m a bit cheap when it comes to shower gel/body wash and wouldn’t normally spend that much, unless it’s Body Shop! (Saying that I do own Molton Brown, but I prefer more expensive things like that as gifts! 🙂 )
You can buy the body wash here, they sell a lot more natural wash items on there too.
The wash smells good and does create a lather however the scent is very weak and doesn’t stay on your skin
The kit I bought is a 60 day kit at the beginning of April and it will last over that – thankfully – except for the toner. I desperately need to order another! I’m so impressed with the results, I’ve haven’t seen my skin this clear in about 3-4 years and unlike other spot cleansers or creams it didn’t make my skin sore, dry or red! I still get a few spots but no where near like before and my skin is so much softer. I applied it twice a day and it’s so easy to apply. Exfoliate
£29 My mum bought this last month and I tried it out a couple of times to see if Bobbi Brown is really worth the money. Like with MAC, I wasn’t too impressed with the foundation. It gives a medium coverage, which is fair enough if this is what you are looking for, but I prefer full coverage. Once putting on, I noticed the places I wanted to cover most – spots and blemishes – were still clearly visible. It made me feel like I wasn’t even wearing a foundation. I found it very w
I like a mascara which creates a look of volume and gives a lot of length and this mascara definitely gives you that. I think it’s very expensive for what it is but it does work so well! It gave me the look which I normally have to create using two mascaras which takes a bit more time, but this mascara made it so quick and easy! The brush to the mascara is unusual but it’s what is needed to help give that volume effect. Another bonus is it’s very easy to wash off and doesn’t
I’ve been wanting to try a brow kit for a while and was looking at Benefit Brow Zings kit but spotted this in Sleek brow kit in Superdrug and it looks exactly the same. I bought it for £7.99 which is cheaper than £22.50 for Benefit! (Hi, my reflection :P) Just like Benefit it comes with a wax, a shadow style powder, mini tweezers and two brushes. I bought the kit in dark. The first time I used it I got carried away and put too much on and my eyebrows looked so thick and dark!
